Excels Services is an on-demand cleaning, processing service provider of clothing, leather items.

We provide all the services at your door step. As a consumer / customer, you can download the app request the following

- You can raise a pickup request by specifying the services, time and pickup address
- Our driver comes to your door step at requested time with proper infrastructure/material to collect the garments/leather items
- Our driver hand over the receipt of the goods collected both physical and digital copy
- Driver drops all the collected all the goods at our central processing unit
- Our cleaning staff process the items according to the user preferences, and get it ready for the shipping
- Upon rigorous inspection and verification process, cleaned goods are packed and ready for delivery
- Driver is assigned with packed items for the delivery
- Driver collect the serviced items from the factory, and deliver them at customer location in their specified time.

We have reward policy, and award the points based on the usage. This is to rewarding the loyalty towards our brand. After gaining the 500 points, app offer the redemption flexibility to convert the points into services

As a consumer you can pay the money in advance, get the services at later time with discounted rates. Also, avoid the burden of carrying the money to the outlet/driver at every order

RECENT ORDER / PAST ORDERS
Check the status of the recent/current order without calling us. You can find the driver who is coming to your home to collect / deliver the garments. Also, check the details of the past orders and their delivery process

PROFILE
As a user you can update your profile information, passwords and contact information without contacting the excels support team. You can opt out of the services at any point of time without any further questions.
